Starting Summer off right :D

So I know Summer starts June 21, however mine started June 15th :) the day I graduated college. Now it's only been 2.5 weeks and it is being so good to me. Of courser, I can't let Summer take all the credit. My amazing sorority sisters and little have made it what it is, unforgettable. Yea I know Summer just started but here's some things we have done :)

We headed to the Pomona Fairplex for the color run early morning on June 29, 2013. We were ready at the start line by 9am :D

Not gonna lie, my Little and I make a great duet <3

 The Color Run is a must! I can happily check it off my bucket list. I had so much fun with my friends and sisters :) great company is essential in life.

It was extremely hot but worth it. Headed home soaked in the bath for a couple of hours to take off all that color lol took a nap then woke up to get ready for Downtown Fullerton (DTF) with more sisters :) went to Bourbon St for the night

July 1st was Disneyland! My little brought me to Disneyland as part of my graduation gift... haven't been here since Victor and I  celebrated our marriage in 2011

Can't start the day without taking pictures on the tram :D

I wanted this hat but all it would've done was pile dust at home :p

It was my mission to get the "Just Graduated" pin, I left with more :p

What was your favorite ride? The Dole Whip one!!! so the line was long, as if it were a ride...once I tried it I understood why....it takes your mouth on a rollercoaster ride! haha Sooooo AMAZING! I am hooked, I want the year pass just to go and buy some lol

We actually started the day off at California Adventure :) where we found Mickey and Pluto

Headed to Disneyland

Went back to California Adventure where we met up with big bro and friends at the Mad T party :)

Saw World of Color where my 60 year old little hid from the water lol

"This Section will get wet"

And ended the day at Disneyland :D even though I was stuck on 400 for a long time and her cheating her way I still beat her haha :p

Overall it was an extremely fun day and magical :D Thank you little <3

Summer has been good to me, and it's only the beginning <3

The Beginning of an End

 As many of you guys know I recently graduated from California State University of Los Angeles with my B.A. in Political Science. It was a pretty awesome day. Scroll down to see a bit of it :) 

My husband came home for a few days just to see me graduate <3

I couldn't have been any happier that he was there, and in uniform <33

my mom was so proud, I let her have a fancy dinner so she can show me off :p

 a few days later I visited my grandpa to show him my accomplishments

So now what? Now I get to move across the country to be with my husband! after about 4 years of long distance we can finally be together, not all the time but better than being across the country from each other every day. I think I just explained how I came up with my blogs name :) we will be taking a road trip from California to Virginia mid July. Mr. & Mrs. Martinez Across America! literally :D we will be making pit stops at places such as, the Hoover Dam, the Grand Canyon, Taylor Swift's house :p (jk, I wish) and so on! So join us for our journey as we take on America! and then some ^.^
